Current Engagement Example:
We have recently been engaged to develop and change material use of a large acreage site located within the Brisbane region. Our scope was to convert a large parcel of land into an approved transport depot and storage yard. The owner has requested that we facilitate all aspects of the DA and site works.
Our engagement has included negotiations with the Brisbane City Council, Urban Utilities, Energex, town planners, engineers, various specialist consultants (bushfire, noise, traffic etc), surveyors, and landscape architects. Additionally this particular project required an understanding and adherence to the new town plan and multiple overlay codes with various restrictions over the property, and identification of sewerage and stormwater issues.
Our engagement also extends to re-fencing the entire block including gate access and truck queuing facilities, establishing driveways and car parks, major earthworks including hardstand a bio and detention, landscaping and renovation of a caretakers cottage.
The client has estimated that the works associated with the development will generate an approx 250% increase on capital value of the property.
